We currently only ship within the U.S. and Canada. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All items that include free shipping will be shipped via FedEx ground or USPS Priority Mail. 

Returns

Handbags & Accessories

You may return unworn handbags and accessories within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please complete our return form. Items that are a result of our error will be repaired or in most cases replaced with new items when repair isn't possible. Items believed to be damaged by the consumer on purpose will not be honored with a store credit or exchange.

Custom Handbags & Accessories

We do not allow refunds on custom made to order handbags and accessories. You may return unworn custom products within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit only. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please complete our return form. Items that are a result of our error will be repaired or in most cases replaced with new items when repair isn't possible. Items believed to be damaged by the consumer on purpose will not be honored with a store credit or exchange.

If you need to return an item, create an account or simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange once we've received and processed the returned item.
